They take very good care of you and they go above what is requested! And the I can say the same about the maintenance are also the best! I highly recommend East Bay as a safe, secure and a welcoming community! They show kindness and care and in the rental business you can’t ask for anything more! Except you might have to wait to get an apartment because people don’t move out some have lived here 7 years plus! Thank you East Bay Staff!"

The front office staff was so friendly and helpful any time I had a question or needed help with something, and the apartment was so cute and our view of the trees from the balcony was an added bonus. It was quiet and relaxed, we loved walking the kids to the boardwalk to fish at the pier. I always recommend East Bay to anyone I know moving to the area."
