Is East Bay Apartment Homes income-based?

We are not income based; we have an income minimum requirement of three times the monthly rent as a combined gross household.

Where is the exact location of East Bay Apartment Homes?

East Bay Apartment Homes is on Highway 98 in between the Sports Academy and Publix just 1 mile from I-10.

Are the amenities open 24/7?

The gym and laundry facility are open 24/7 for our residents and the pool is open from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.

What is my security deposit for?

The security deposit is used as a hold fee for the apartment until you move in. Once you move out you, if there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear, you are refunded your deposit less a carpet cleaning fee.

Are any utilities already included?

Trash service, pest control services and maintenance are included at no additional charge. Water and sewer, power, cable television, internet and renter’s insurance are through the independent companies.

Can I have pets?

We are pet friendly. We allow up to 2 pets per household with breed restrictions. We also have a 1+ year age requirement for all pets.

Can I make interior updates? (painting, mounting shelves, etc.)

Your apartment is your home. We will allow you to hang photos and mount your televison. We ask that holes are no larger than a dime.

What repairs am I responsible for if any are needed?

We have maintenance on call 24/7 for emergencies, but routine upkeep is your responsibility while living in the unit, such as changing light bulbs, changing your AC filter (which we provide at no cost!), and keeping a clean space.

  • This is such a great apartment complex to live in. From the pool to walks on the pier, its really a pretty complex. Set among large old oak trees you have a beautifully landscaped drive home every night. One of my favorite features was my wood burning fireplace, laminate floors and private back deck. I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends and family.

  • We have lived here a few months now....and it is a very quiet ..peaceful place. Our apartment has a few issues but nothing that can not be fixed. Our son loves the back balcony. The staff have been amazing any time we have contacted them.

  • Cannot recommend this place enough. I came here from out of state not knowing the area and this apartment of all the places at East Bay was the one that caught my eye. It's homey and quiet and the staff are polite and very helpful. I was probably a bit of an uppity tenant but the maintenance team answered all my questions/concerns and responded to any issue quickly and got the job done. I love love love the pier and the pool and the grill pavilion. The neighbors are nice (I had lots of people checking in with me when my cat got out) and helpful. I'd move back in a heartbeat!
